Metal Fan Coil Hose
The convoluted stainless steel fan coil hose range of assemblies for building services applications meets the BSRIA BG4-2004 Flexible Hose standard & conforms to ISO 10380:2003. Manufactured with a single layer of stainless steel 304 wire braid over a convoluted stainless steel core with the option of either carbon or stainless steel welded end connections. Carbon steel fittings nickel plated for superior corrosion resistance. This fan coil range proves an excellent choice for installers who require a longer life expectancy or the operating parameters of a system exceed those of the standard braided rubber hose assemblies.
A standard range of hose assemblies is held in stock for immediate delivery which is available in 300mm and 450mm and consisting of ½” & ¾” BSP Females, BSPT Males and Metric Compression fittings. Custom made lengths are readily available and can be manufactured to meet specific project requirements. As an optional extra, Class O insulation is available on hose assemblies which is capped and vapour sealed before despatch from our factory. Both the caps and insulation can be supplied loose for assembly on site or at your own premises.
