Oil Analysis Reports
In modern hydraulic equipment and the individual components it is very important that high quality oil is used to achieve maximum performance within a system. A lack of care for the oil can cause contamination and possibly hault or damage an expensive system.
Hydraquip offer oil analysis as part of their preventative maintenance programs where a sample of oil from your hydraulic machinery is sent to our laboratory for testing. An oil analysis report is then available within 4-5 working days outlining the level of contamination present and the likeliness of a failure occurring. The report shows either a normal, caution of serious reading.

Hydraquip’s knowledgeable staff offer the correct industrial hose for you taking important factors into consideration such as application, transfer rates and technical functions. Our in house facilities allow Hydraquip to manufacture hoses ‘whilst you wait’ at their trade counters nationwide, as well as large volumes of OEM hoses available as full coils, cut lengths or complete hose assemblies.
Our industrial hose is also available with specific product testing, labelling and bagging on request.
Pneumatic Components & Services
Hydraquip are able to source and supply pneumatic solutions from all major manufacturers to improve your system’s performance. The components and services available include but are not limited to VDMA/ISO pneumatic cylinders, process valves, solenoid valves, filtration, quick release couplings, ring main systems and air treatment.
Hydraquip offer a design service for pneumatics circuitry and control panels for individual and complex operations, all of which are tested prior to despatch and supplied mounted on plates or fitted in cabinets.
Individual components are also available which can be supplied as individually packaged, ready to roll out kits for production or site work assembly.
