On & Offshore Marine Engineering
Over the years the marine engineering team have gained a wealth of experience working directly with ship owners, operators and agents across the UK and Europe offering improvements, repairs and solutions to ships and vessels.
With each request being unique, Hydraquip’s engineers often work from customer’s manuals or drawings to provide repairs, refits and complete design and installation of hydraulic systems for both on and off shore marine applications. The engineering team are able to work to strict deadlines regularly meeting tidal deadlines or a vessel’s time in dock, also completing vessel inspections, fault finding, testing, analysis and final commissioning.
Examples of marine work completed by Hydraquip engineers include watertight door systems, marine cranes, wind farm support vessels, cargo discharge machinery and aggregate dredging systems.
Fluid Power Trade Counters
Each of Hydraquip’s fluid power trade counters have the in house facilities to manufacture high volumes of hydraulic hose assemblies to OEM’s and high volume users, as well as supply bulk loose hose and components for applications such as air, water, oils, chemicals, steam and food. Additions such as bespoke testing, labelling, bagging and Kanban systems are also available.
A ‘whilst you wait’ service is offered for customers requiring a hose to pattern providing an instant over the counter service.
A comprehensive stock of 60,000+ fluid power products is available from all trade counters including hydraulic hose, couplings, adaptors, tube, valves, pumps, hose reels and oils.
Hydraulic Hose Kits
Hydraquip offer an OEM service that is designed to meet the needs of each customer. Hydraulic hose assemblies can be tailored to include; testing, labelling, bagging or organising them into multi component kits. With cost control and reduction being a key part of any manufacturing process the supply of bespoke component kits can help meet these targets with wasted picking time being eradicated from the process with kits collected from the stores and delivered directly to the production line.
To compliment the hose range, Hydraquip offer thousands of hydraulic accessories including; hydraulic adaptors, quick release couplings, hydraulic steel tube, hydraulic compression fittings and pipe clamps.
