Braided Rubber Hose Assemblies
Based in Rochester Kent, Hydraquip’s Braided Hose Division are the UK’s largest manufacturers of bespoke braided hose assemblies. Braided rubber hose assemblies manufactured from ¼” to 2” suitable for Plumbing, Heating, Potable – WRAS, Air Conditioning, HEVAC, Ceiling Beams, Shower Pumps, Vending, OEM, Sanitary Manufacturers, Building Services and many more applications are manufactured in-house with a complimentary range of fittings to suit including JG Pushfit’s, Female (flat & coned), Male, Compression, Tectites, Standpipes, Elbows, Isolating Valves and many more. Custom made braided rubber hose assemblies to suit your exact requirements are available within short lead times. Our technical team are on hand to help assist and advice on the correct hose for your application.
Tap Flexibles
Hydraquip stock over 1 million tap connectors on the shelf to supply customers across the UK and Overseas. These are available in various lengths, end connections and available in either the standard range or WRAS. The Hydraquip Elegant range is also available with a deep chrome finish, perfect for when a pipe connection is visible.
Our tap flexibles are made up of 304 stainless steel overbraid with a non toxic EPDM rubber liner, and a choice of either brass or plastic fittings including males, females, compression, pushfit, elbows and monoblocs, to name a few.
Health Sector Flexibles
Hydraquip’s range of Hoses with PEX hose (Cross linked polythene) with a stainless steel over braid is available in bore sizes from 8mm, 10mm and 13mm with a choice of fittings including threaded, compression, stem/stand pipe, push fit and valved available to complete an assembly perfectly suited for individual applications. Manufactured from approved products (WRAS, BS6920 & W270) these assemblies are also suitable for use in Department of Health / NHS properties as they are manufactured from approved materials that comply with their Estates and Facilities Alert DH (2010) 03. Other Global approvals may also be available for this hose. These hose are suitable for hot and cold water at up to a max pressure of 15 bar with a maximum temperature of 70 C.
