Electronic job sheets are sent to the customer once the service job has been completed. Providing customers the transparency to better understand the cause of failure and to allocate any costs accordingly. Along with a complete breakdown of the materials used to repair the fault.
JOB SITE PHOTOS
Before and after job photos are taken by the engineer of the fault and machine being worked on. These photos are available to view either on the electronic job sheet or by logging into the Job Manager online portal allowing customers to accurately asses the costs involved or address a warranty claim.
