Nationwide Platforms are the UK’s market leader in powered access platform hire, equipment sales and IPAF training operating 30 depots nationwide. From scissor lifts and boom lifts, low level access platforms, van mounted and truck mounted platforms to specialist equipment including tracked access and narrow spider machines, Nationwide Platforms supply equipment to a number of industries such as facilities management, utilities, petrochemical & power, telecoms, media and signage. With machines available for hire and sale ranging from 4 metres to 90 metres working height, Nationwide Platforms are able to rely on Hydraquip who are an approved supplier operating a 24/7 national on site hose repair service.

Hydraquip’s fleet of 144 mobile service vans provide a nationwide coverage and are supported by a network of 24 hydraulic trade counters which have the in house facilities to manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies to pattern ‘whilst you wait’ and an extensive range of 60,000+ fluid power products available over the counter or for next day delivery.

Nationwide Platforms offer a number of accredited training courses from their 35 training centres to their customers including working at heights courses, IPAF training, PASMA courses and health & safety courses to ensure that they have all the required knowledge on their products and equipment. Nationwide Platforms are always looking to minimise their waste and impact on the environment. Whilst supporting the schools and local communities they serve, Nationwide Platforms help low education and low employment areas offering apprenticeships to local people. Additionally, maintenance programs are put in place to ensure all machinery is working to its full potential meaning it will produce less emissions. Also the usage of electricity and water is reduced to decrease cost and emissions, plus the running of the fleet of vans and disposing of hazardous waste.
