Hydraquip’s Metal Hose Division supply and manufacture a variety of hoses including bespoke assemblies, gas hoses, building services connections, petro chemical, vacuum & ultra high vacuum, industrial solutions, Caterquip catering gas hose and the Solarquip range.
Hydraquip offer hose assemblies in bore sizes from 1/4″ to 12″ for applications including heating and ventilation, gas, steam, vacuum, chemical and anti-vibration. The hoses can withstand extreme working parameters, temperatures of between -269°C and + 750°C and working pressures in excess of 300 Bar.
SMOOTH & CONVOLUTED PTFE
Hydraquip’s range of PTFE hose is available in smooth and convoluted bores and are an ideal solution for fluid transfer applications involving aggressive chemicals, extremes of temperature/movement or where hygiene is paramount.
The PTFE hose liner is virtually inert to all chemicals and solvents, whilst also being resistant to weathering, ageing, UV light, oxidation, surface fouling and discolouration. This lightweight, non-flammable material has an unlimited shelf life and bespoke versions are available for static applications, tape wrapped, convo-flex and automotive applications.
Stainless Steel Bellows
Hydraquip offer a comprehensive range of metallic stainless steel bellows for use with Heating Systems, Steam & Condensate Lines, Boiler Flue & Exhaust Systems, General Industrial and Marine applications. The bellow elements are available in a variety of 300 series stainless steels, other high alloy materials such as Monel, Inconel 600, 625, Incoloy 800 and 825.
